We do all the standard building work that you would expect from a small company. We do not have a big corporate hierarchy or many levels of bosses. It is just a few of us who manage the projects and the workers. We spend most of our time out at the sites, checking on the progress and making sure things are moving as they should. Being near the Mandir is nice because it is a calm spot in a very busy city. We take our work seriously but we do not try to sound like a giant multinational company. We are just a group of people from Patna who know how to build things correctly. We handle the logistics, the materials, and the labor ourselves. Sometimes the work is slow because of the weather or other delays, but we always keep moving forward. Our office in Shastri Nagar is where we do the planning and meet with folks.
