We’ve been running Brihaspati Developers Private Limited for a while now out of Kankarbagh. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around here. Our office is actually over at Sumana Vatsyana’s place, B-17 in the Housing Colony. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, but it keeps us busy. We don't have some big fancy glass office or anything like that. It’s just us working on local development projects and trying to make things work. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and other times we are out on sites most of the day. People around here know where to find us if they have questions about a project. We handle the basic stuff, mostly around Patna. It’s not always easy with the weather or the logistics, but we’ve been at it for a bit. Sumana helps keep things organized at the B-17 address. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just doing our part in the neighborhood. Usually, our mornings start with a quick meeting about what needs fixing or which crew is going where. It’s practical work. No big speeches or fancy promises here. We just take the jobs as they come and try to finish them without too much trouble. If you’re ever walking through the Housing Colony, you might see us.
