Bon Ton Gents Parlour

Most people in Patna know the Mauryalok Complex. It’s always busy around Dak Bunglow Road. That’s where you’ll find us at Shop No C 121. Bon Ton Gents Parlour has been here for a while now. We just do haircuts and shaves for the local guys. It isn't a fancy place with lots of mirrors and bright lights, just a regular spot to get cleaned up. I started working here because I like talking to people while I cut their hair. You see all sorts of faces coming through the door every day. Some people want the same style they’ve had for twenty years. Others see something on the internet and want to try it out. We do our work and keep the shop tidy enough. It gets crowded on weekends, especially in the mornings before everyone starts their day. If the chairs are full, people just wait on the bench and chat about the news or the weather. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, but nobody really minds. We keep the scissors sharp and the towels ready. It is a straightforward business. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just walk in when they need a trim. Mauryalok is a good spot for us because there’s always something happening nearby. We open up early and stay until the evening rush dies down. That’s pretty much how it goes here every single day at the shop.
