We operate out of flat number 16 in the Mangaldeep Apartment here in the Patna-Patna area. It’s a simple setup where we handle various projects related to building and development. The office doesn't feel like a big corporate headquarters. It’s more like a place where a few people sit down to get work done. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different crews across the city. Patna can be a difficult place for construction because of the heat and the narrow roads, but we are used to it by now. We keep our files organized, but the place can get a bit messy when we have a big project going on. We don't do any big advertising. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our projects around town. We aren't interested in sounding like a big polished company. We are just local residents who know how to manage construction projects. We start early in the morning and often work until late at night to make sure things stay on schedule. It’s a lot of hard work and managing small details. If you come by the apartment, you’ll likely find us buried in paperwork or on the phone. Working in a flat makes the whole thing feel more personal. We just focus on doing the job right and keeping things moving forward. That is really all there is to it. It’s a steady rhythm.
