We have been running things here at A 10 in Kankarbagh for a while now. Most people know the spot because it’s right near K V School, so there is always a lot of noise and kids around during the day. It’s a busy part of Patna, and we like being in the middle of it. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a few rooms where we get the work done and keep our equipment. Some of us have lived in this neighborhood our whole lives, so we know the shortcuts and which shops have the good snacks for our breaks. It started out as just a small idea between friends, and now we have a full team showing up every morning. We deal with all sorts of service requests that come through the door or over the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We spend a lot of time on the road too, moving between different sites around the city. The traffic near the school can be a headache in the afternoons, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation; we just want to do a decent job so people keep calling us back. It’s about getting through the daily list and making sure nothing gets missed. We take our tea around four, and that is usually when we plan out the next day.
