Our place is over at Road No.3 on Ranjan Path in Danapur. It’s registered under the name of Din Dayal Singh's son. Blue Magesty Homes Private Limited is what we call the business. If you know Patna, you know Danapur is always growing and there is a lot of dust and new buildings everywhere. Ranjan Path is no different. It gets quite loud with all the traffic. Our office is just a simple room where we deal with home projects and property matters. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the big cities. It’s more like a regular house that we use for work. We spend a lot of time talking to people about where they want to live or what they want to build. The pin code here is 801503. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because the address is a bit long, but we manage. Most of the staff here live nearby, so they just walk or take a bike to get to Road No.3. We don't have a big sign or anything too flashy. It’s just us doing our daily work in Danapur. The weather gets really hot in the summer, and we just keep the fans running and try to get the paperwork done. It’s a regular business in a regular neighborhood, and that’s how we like to keep things. No drama, just work.
