BLUE LAND'S CONSTECH PRIVATE LIMITED

Blue Land’s Constech is tucked away in the Samanpura area, near Raza Bazar. We are set up at Md Nasir Khan’s place. New Capital Patna is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of movement around us. We are in the construction and tech side of things. It’s not a very big office. We have a few desks and some old computers that we use for the planning stuff. Most of our work happens outside the office anyway. We are usually out looking at sites or talking to people about materials. Raza Bazar is always crowded, so getting in and out takes some time. We don't mind it much. It feels like we're in the middle of everything. We aren't some big company with a HR department and polished floors. It's just a group of us who know how to build things. We take the work as it comes and try to stay busy. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have too many projects at once, but we figure it out eventually. We use local guys for most of the labor. It’s easier that way. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they know Md Nasir Khan. We’ve been in Patna for a while and we just keep doing our thing. It's honest work and it keeps the lights on. It’s just simple work.
