We are Birendar Buildcon Construction. Our place is on the ground floor in Chamarichak. It’s the house of the son of Sudama Saw. The post office is Jamsuat and the police station is Shahpur, over in the Danapur area. It’s a pretty busy part of Danapur. We handle construction projects around here. Since we’re on the ground floor, it’s easy for people to just walk in and talk to us. We’ve got a lot of experience with the local soil and the building styles people prefer here. It’s not a corporate office with air conditioning and fancy chairs. It’s just a workspace with some tables and a lot of cement dust on our boots. We work with local laborers and try to keep things moving. Shahpur and Jamsuat are the areas we know best. We take on small and medium jobs, whatever the local demand is. Sometimes the traffic in Danapur makes getting materials a headache, but we’re used to it. We don’t spend money on advertising. People just see our sites and ask who’s doing the work. That’s how we get most of our business. It’s a family-run feel, even if we are a private limited company. We just want to do good work that stays standing for a long time.
