Our business, Bhushan Pratap Infrastructure Private Limited, is located over in Chankya Nagar in Bahadurpur. We use the address of Ram Pratap Singh’s house as our main base. It’s a quiet residential area, so we have to be careful not to make too much noise too early in the morning when the trucks are arriving. We do basic infrastructure work, nothing too complicated. Mostly it’s small roads or foundations for houses in the neighborhood. Bahadurpur has changed a lot since we started, and we’ve been trying to keep up with the new buildings going up. It’s a lot of hard work under the sun, but that’s just how the construction business goes. We don't have a big marketing department or a website to show off. Most of our work comes from people just talking to each other. If someone needs a wall fixed or a small drain built, they usually just stop by the house in Chankya Nagar and ask for us. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. Sometimes the supplies don't show up when they are supposed to, which is frustrating, but we manage. My brother helps with the accounts and I handle the guys on the site. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy enough. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation. We just want to do decent work in our own town and keep things running smoothly for everyone involved.
