Bhagya Vidhata Developers Privatelimited is just a small group of us working out of P.N.T Colony in Harnichak. It is located over in the Phulwari Sharif area of Patna. Mamta Sinha’s place is basically where everything happens. We don’t have some big glass building or a fancy reception area. It is more of a home-style setup where we sit down and figure out the day’s work. Most of our time is spent out at sites or talking to suppliers about getting materials delivered on time. The traffic in Patna can be a real headache sometimes but we manage to get around. We started this because there was a lot of building happening in this part of town and we knew the local people here. It is not always smooth sailing. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate or workers are short-handed. But that is just how the construction business goes. We handle various bits of development work around here. It is honest work and we try to keep things simple for everyone involved. If you come by P.N.T Colony you might see us moving about. We are just regular people who know how to put a building together. No big promises or corporate talk. Just checking the site progress and making sure things are moving along as they should. It’s a busy life but we like being part of how the neighborhood is growing these days. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
