Bhagwat Infra Developers Private Limited is based out of Mustafapur, specifically on Cantt Road near the village area. Our office is set up at Sushil Prasad’s place. It’s out in the Khagaul part of Patna, which has its own pace compared to the middle of the city. Being located near the Cantt area means we are a bit away from the main city rush, but we are still busy with all kinds of infrastructure work. We aren't the type of company that uses big words or has a polished corporate image. We are just local people who know about building and developing land in this part of Bihar. Some days are just spent talking to laborers or checking on how much cement we have left. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We’ve seen Khagaul change quite a bit lately, and being right here in Mustafapur gives us a good view of what’s needed in the neighborhood. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that; it’s just a place where we get our work done and plan out the next steps for our projects. People around here know us by name, and we like it that way. It’s honest work that involves a lot of dust and sweat, but that’s just how the construction business is. We just focus on the practical side of things and try to keep everything moving.
