Besh Builders Private Limited operates out of Bihta. You can find us in the village of Sirirampur, specifically in the Srirampur Tola area. The business is run by Beshlal Kumar and the rest of us who live nearby. We focus on building and construction work in this part of the region. Bihta is developing fast, so there is usually plenty to do. We don't have a fancy headquarters. Our office is basically a room in the village where we keep our tools and maps. It is a very simple operation. We talk to people in the community about their building needs and we try to help them out. We don't use marketing slogans or try to sound like a big city firm. We are just local people who know how to lay bricks and manage a construction site. Most of our workers are from the same village or nearby towns. We understand the ground here and what kind of materials work best for the local climate. Some days are long and tiring, especially when the sun is out, but we like seeing a project come together. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. We don't have a PR department. If someone likes our work, they tell their cousins or neighbors, and that is how we get more jobs. We just stay focused on the bricks and mortar. That is the way we have always done it.
