Bela Grand City Developers Private Limited is located out in the Bela area, which falls under the Neora post office and Bihta police station in Patna. Our office is at the house of Shashibhushan, the son of Bhuvneshwar Rai. It’s a bit further out from the main city center, which gives us a different perspective on things. We’ve been working from this location in Bihar for some time now, focusing on development projects. Being in Bihta means we are part of an area that is seeing a lot of new growth. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a fleet of cars. Most of the time, we’re just a few people sitting around a table trying to figure out the next phase of a project. It’s a very hands-on type of business. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just look at land and buildings and try to make things work. The office is pretty basic, but it serves its purpose for our meetings and paperwork. Sometimes neighbors stop by for a chat, which is common in this part of Patna. We like the local feel of being in Bela. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things take longer than expected, but we just keep pushing forward. We don't bother with big advertisements or shiny brochures. We just let our work speak for itself in the local community.
