There is a lot of dust and noise from the traffic, but once you get into the lanes of Ram Krishna Nagar, it gets a little quieter. Our setup is pretty basic. We aren't in one of those new office blocks with glass walls. We are just in a regular building where we’ve set up our computers and desks. It feels more like a home than an office, which we actually prefer. It makes the long hours a bit more bearable. Sita Pati Kumari has a good spot here, and it's worked out well for the company. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the technical side of things. Sometimes the local kids are playing cricket in the street outside, and you can hear them while we are trying to code or fix things. It’s a real neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while and the locals are used to us being around. We just do our work and go home like everyone else in Patna. It’s a decent life for us and we just keep it simple.
