Our office is set up at Plot No. 17 in Patliputra Colony. It is a decent area to work from, and most people around Patliputra know the neighborhood well enough to find us without much trouble. We do development work, which basically means we take a piece of land and try to make something useful out of it. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us trying to put up solid buildings. We spend a lot of our time checking on the different plots and making sure the work is moving along as it should. The office at Bay Dream Developers Llp isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to keep the blueprints and the computer files. We don't really do the whole corporate marketing thing. Most of our work comes from people just dropping by or calling because they saw our sign on a site. Building things takes a long time and there is always some kind of problem to solve, whether it’s the weather or a delivery being late. We just deal with it as it comes. We’ve lived around here for a long time, so we understand how the local regulations work. It’s hard work, and you get your hands dirty, but it feels good to see a project finally finished. We’re just regular people working in real estate, keeping things straightforward and practical every day. We just keep moving forward.
