Our office is located in the Bahadurpur Housing Colony, right over in Agamkuan. It’s a quiet enough spot at 8M/51, tucked away in the BH Colony area of Patna. We’ve been operating from here for some time now. Most of the people working here are from around the neighborhood or nearby parts of Bihar. We handle housing stuff, mostly focusing on getting people settled into places they can call home. It isn't always easy, dealing with land and buildings. There's a lot of running around involved. Sometimes we're at the office and sometimes we're out checking on things. We aren't the type to wear suits every day. Usually, it's just casual clothes and a lot of talking on the phone. The office is a bit crowded with files and old registers, but we know where everything is. We don't go for those big, flashy advertisements you see on the main roads. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. We like to keep things simple and honest. If a project is delayed, we tell you. We don't make promises we can't keep just to look good. Being part of the Patna community means a lot to us. We grew up here, we work here, and we plan on staying here for a long time. It’s just us trying to make a living and helping others find a place to stay.
