Barhumanath Constructions Privatelimited is located over in Kajichak, right on Kalali Road in Barh. If you know the area, you know Kalali Road stays pretty busy with all kinds of traffic. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s a straightforward operation where we handle local construction jobs. We don’t have a whole lot of staff sitting around; it’s mostly people who are out at the sites most of the day. Working in Barh has its own set of challenges, like getting the right materials delivered when the narrow streets are jammed up. We’ve had our office here for a bit now, and it’s become the place where we keep all the tools and the paperwork that piles up. It’s not particularly tidy, but we know where everything is. Most days start early with a lot of noise and tea before everyone heads out. Construction isn't easy work, and there’s always something that goes wrong, like a machine breaking down or a delivery being late. We just deal with those things as they come up. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Bihar, just a group that does decent work right here in our own neighborhood. Being on Kalali Road means we see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. It feels more like a community job than just a business. That’s just the way we like to run things, without any fuss or fancy talk.
