We are situated in P C Colony, over in the Sampatchak area of Patna, at G/712. The office is actually at the residence of Jogendra Prasad Singh, which gives it a very local, neighborhood feel. Banni Mata Buildtech isn't some big anonymous corporation; it’s a local business where we know our neighbors and the people we work for. Being in a residential colony means things are a bit more relaxed, but we still work hard to manage our construction projects. We handle everything from basic building work to more technical stuff, though we try to keep the process as simple as possible for everyone involved. Most of our day is spent coordinating with laborers and checking on the delivery of things like cement and steel. Sampatchak is an area that's seen a lot of new buildings lately, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't have a big marketing department or a polished image. We just rely on the fact that we do our work and don't leave a mess behind. Sometimes it’s a struggle to get everything lined up, especially when there are delays with the materials or the weather turns bad, but that’s just construction for you.
