BAIJU PRAKASH CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Baiju Prakash Construction is based out of Mamrezpur in the Naubatpur area. I’m Lal Baboo, and I help run things around here. Our office is tucked away in Tola-Chaknijam, which is part of the Chesi panchayat. We have been doing construction work in this part of the region for a good bit now. It is a local operation, and we mostly stick to what we know best, which is building and repairs. We don't try to act like we are some big city firm. Most of the people we work for are our neighbors or people from the nearby villages. We use local labor because it helps the community and these guys know how to work hard. It can get pretty hot and dusty out there on the sites, but that is just how it is. We spend our days checking on measurements and making sure the supplies don't run out. It’s a lot of running around, really. Some days are smoother than others, but we always find a way to finish what we started. We don't use much technology or complicated systems, just old-fashioned hard work and keeping our word to the people who hire us. If you are ever near Naubatpur, you’ll probably find us working on something. We just keep things practical and focus on the job at hand without any unnecessary talk. It is just the way we have always done things.
