This is Bachcha Lal Contractor & Realstate Developers Private Limited. Our place is on Kannu Lal Road in Mithapur. It is part of Patna Sadar. The office is named after Late Mahavir Gope. We are basically a group of people doing contracting and real estate work. It's not a complicated setup. We spend our days dealing with land and building projects. Mithapur is a place we know inside out. We have worked on many small and big things around here. Some days are just filled with meetings and checking on labor. Real estate in Bihar is always moving, so we stay busy. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build and develop. The office is on a regular street. You might miss it if you aren't looking. We have been in this spot for a good amount of time. People come to us when they have work in the Mithapur area. We handle the local regulations and the actual building part. It is honest work. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes weather gets in the way of construction, but that’s normal. We are just local contractors trying to do a decent job. Our roots are right here in this neighborhood. We don’t have a marketing team. Just us and the projects we take on. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of all the work. We like staying local and helping people with their construction needs.
