It’s a busy part of the city with a lot of people moving through every day. We’ve been around for a bit, doing contracting work and looking at real estate projects. It isn't a high-rise office; it’s a place where we actually sit down and get things sorted. We deal with the day-to-day headaches of construction and property development. It’s not always easy, especially with the traffic in Mithapur, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Patna.
