Our place, BACHANSWARUP ENGICON PRIVATE LIMITED, is located out in Vill-Tilakpura. It is in the Tola-Panchrukhiya section of the Panch-Sonhathu area. This is all part of the Haspura block. It is a rural setting, so things move at their own pace here. We are mostly involved in engineering and construction projects around the village and the nearby blocks. We don’t have a high-rise office or anything. It’s just a practical workspace where we manage our equipment and our workers. Being in a village means everyone knows everyone, so we have to be honest about what we do. There is no point in trying to sound like a big city firm because that isn't who we are. We deal with the roads, the local buildings, and whatever else comes up. Sometimes the rains make it hard to get work done, so we just wait it out and start again when the ground dries. It is a simple life and a simple business. We don't spend money on advertising. People know our name from seeing our trucks or seeing us out on a job. Haspura is a good place to work from. We’ve been here for a while and we plan on staying. We keep our paperwork in order and make sure our guys are taken care of. That is basically the whole story of our little company. It’s just how things are done in Tilakpura. We try to finish every job before the heavy monsoon sets in each year.
