I’m writing this because people sometimes ask what we do here at Babhandih Construction. We are based right out of Sri Sarju Pd’s place in the village. It is a small setup in Tola Babhandih, part of the Imamganj block. We started this because there was always a need for someone local to handle building work around here. My neighbors and family all live in this panchayat, so we know the roads and the land pretty well. Most days you will find us out near the site or sitting near the office talking about the next project. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical business meant to get jobs done in our part of Bihar. Sometimes things get busy and the phone rings a lot, other times it is quiet. We handle the paperwork and the actual labor mostly ourselves or with guys from the village. It is hard work, especially when the weather gets hot in the summer, but we have been doing it for a while now. If you are looking for where we are, just ask for the Babhandih Tola area. We have been part of this community for a long time and the construction side of things just felt like a natural way to keep busy. We try to keep things simple and honest without making a big fuss about it. That is just how we operate day to day. We don't have a lot of rules, we just show up and work.
