AYAAN & KUMAR REAL CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Patna, right in the Pirmuhani area. We operate from Nitesh Kumar’s house in the 1st lane. If you’ve ever been through Pirmuhani, you know how tight those lanes can get. Trying to get a truck full of cement or bricks down into the street is a real task every single time. Our office is more like a lived-in space than a professional suite. There are stacks of papers and site maps everywhere, and there is almost always someone coming in to talk about a renovation or a new build. We spend a lot of our hours out at the actual construction sites rather than sitting behind a desk. It’s a lot of walking around in the mud and talking to the laborers to make sure things are moving along. The city is always growing, so there is never a shortage of noise or dust around here. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know Nitesh or have seen the houses we’ve worked on nearby. It’s just us doing our thing in the local construction scene. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or a late delivery, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We try to keep things simple and just get the jobs finished as best as we can.
