Avp Infratech & Developers Private Limited is tucked away over in Dinkarnagar on Ashiyana Road. We are near Digha Ghat and Digha, specifically care of Vimal Kumar, the son of Ram Nepal Ram. This part of town is always on the move with people going towards the river or heading into the city. Our office is just a plain building where we manage our infratech and development stuff. It’s not anything special to look at, just a place for us to keep our tools and our records. We spend a lot of time outside on the road because that is where the real work happens. Inside the office, it’s mostly just filing and making phone calls to suppliers. There is a lot of noise from the Ashiyana Road traffic, especially during the rush hour. We have a small team of guys who have been working together for quite some time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the jobs we started and move on to the next one. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, especially when it rains a lot and the roads get muddy. We just deal with it as it comes. There’s usually some tea being made in the back room and a lot of talk about the local news. It’s a decent place to work and everyone knows their job.
