We set up our office at Plot Number 10 on Road Number 8 in Sri Krishna Nagar. It’s a fairly quiet street in Patna, which is nice when you need to focus on engineering details. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some tables, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints lying around. We don’t have any big mission statements on the walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to work every day. Aviyug Infracon is basically just a local group doing construction and infrastructure work. Being in the 800001 area means we are right in the middle of the city, which makes it easy to get to most of our project sites. The weather in Patna can be pretty tough, so we usually have the fans running all day while we look over files. We don't spend money on fancy marketing. Most of our clients find us because they saw our work somewhere else. We take things one day at a time and try to stay on top of the paperwork. It’s a lot of phone calls and site visits, really. We just want to make sure the stuff we build is solid and that people are happy with what they get. It’s not a very complicated business model, but it works for us and keeps the lights on. We just keep our heads down and focus on whatever building project is currently on the desk.
