Our office is down in the basement of Grand Plaza on Fraser Road. We’ve actually got two spots there, B-14 and B-26. It’s a bit of a maze downstairs sometimes, especially when the building gets really busy in the afternoons. Being right on Fraser Road means there is always traffic and people rushing around just outside the doors. Down here in the basement it’s a bit quieter though. We moved into this space because it’s a central spot for the kind of work we do. Asvi Engicon isn't about fancy signs or big windows to show off. We just need a place to sit down, drink some chai, and figure out the next building project on the list. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit or we have to move some boxes around just to find a spare chair for a visitor. It’s a very practical space. We keep all our records here and use it as a home base for the team. Most of our actual work happens out on the construction sites, so this is just where the boring planning happens. You’ll usually find a few of us hunched over a desk or looking at some old blueprints. It gets a bit stuffy in the basement during the summer months, but we keep a fan going. It’s a straightforward business. We don't try to impress anyone with how the office looks. We just focus on the engineering and the construction tasks we have.
