Ashiyana Green Homes is located in Khajpura, specifically inside the Samni Apartment at Flat 103. We work under the care of Ejazur Rahman. Our main focus is on housing and making sure people have decent places to live in Patna. We aren't a big, flashy developer with a massive showroom. We work out of a regular apartment because it makes sense for a business of our size. Most of our time is spent looking at land, checking on construction progress, and talking to people about what they need in a home. The Khajpura area is always lively, which keeps us on our toes. We deal with the usual problems like cement prices going up or rain delaying the foundation work. It’s just part of the job. We don't use fancy slogans or try to sell people things they don't need. We just build houses. Our office is a place where we sit down with blueprints and try to figure out the best way to use the space we have. Sometimes the paperwork for the government takes forever, but we've learned to be patient over the years. We’re just local people trying to earn a living by building homes for other local people. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know how to do. We keep things pretty informal and just try to be fair with everyone we work with in the neighborhood.
