We are over here at Kadam Kuan on Nala Road in Patna. It's a busy part of town, especially in Machuatoli. Arunomaya Homes Private Limited is run out of a spot cared for by Sri Shyam Kumar, who is the son of the late Punit Mahto. Most people know the area because of the shops and the constant traffic going through Nala Road. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we handle all our paperwork and meet with folks about home projects. Being in Patna for so long means we know how things work around here. The building isn't new, but it's central and easy to find once you get past the crowds. We spend most of our days talking to contractors or looking at site plans on the big table. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. We have been doing this for a while now, trying to keep things moving forward with the different housing tasks we take on. It is honest work, and we prefer staying local where people know our names. If you walk down towards Machuatoli, you'll see where we are. It’s just a normal office with regular people trying to get things built. We don’t go in for big speeches, we just focus on the projects at hand and getting the daily work finished.
