ARMUGHAN CONSTRUCTIONS (OPC) PRIVATELIMITED

Armughan Constructions (OPC) Private Limited is located in Dariyapur, Patna. Specifically, we are at H/O-Husne Ara on Mahmood Sah Lane. Most people know the area because it’s near Dr. Krishnan Murari’s clinic. Since this is a one-person company, it’s mostly just me looking after everything from the ground up. It gets quite crowded in this part of Patna, but it’s home for us. We handle construction projects around the 800004 area and beyond. The office is really just a simple room where I keep my files and meet people when they have questions about their house or a small building project. I’ve lived in Bihar all my life, so I know how things work with the local labor and the stores where we get our cement and bricks. It’s a lot of work for one person to manage, but I like being involved in every detail. Dealing with the paperwork and the site visits takes up most of my time. Sometimes I’m at the lane early in the morning, and other times I’m coming back late after a long day at a site. I don't use any fancy talk or marketing tricks to get work. People just see what I’ve done and come find me at the house. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps me busy enough. The streets here can be a bit of a mess during the rains, but we keep going regardless. Every project is just another day at the office for me.
