We’ve been running Armauli Developers & Infrastructure from our spot here at Asha Bhawan for a while now. It’s right on North Park Road, just across from Ayodhya M, so people usually find us pretty easily if they’re coming from Kadam Kuan Main Road. Being in Patna means dealing with a lot of traffic and the heat, but we just get on with things. We started this as a one-person company because it felt easier to manage the paperwork that way. Most days, it’s just about checking on projects and making sure the materials arrive when they are supposed to, though they often don’t because of the narrow roads around here. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It's just a regular place where we keep our files and meet folks who want to talk about building something. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. Construction is hard work in Bihar, especially when the rains start and everything turns to mud, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. If you walk past the North Park area, you’ll likely see some of the work we’ve been involved in. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just trying to put up decent structures that stay standing and don't leak when it pours. It's a small team, mostly just locals who know the streets and the shops around here.
