Arkbay Infra (Opc) Private Limited is located in the Lodi Katra area, specifically at Ranipur Khairki in Patna. The office is situated at the home of Sri Binay Kumar Gupta in Dhawalpura. This part of Patna is quite old and has a lot of history and very narrow streets. Navigating through here can be a bit of a challenge if you aren't used to it. The office itself is quite modest, fitting into the residential feel of the neighborhood. Since it is a one-person company, the atmosphere is very informal. We don’t have a fleet of luxury cars or a glass-fronted building. We just have a desk, some chairs, and all the documents needed for our infrastructure work. It can get pretty noisy outside with the sounds of the local market and people moving about, but inside we just focus on the tasks at hand. Most of our work involves planning out small infrastructure projects and making sure the logistics are handled. We spend a lot of time talking to local contractors and checking on the progress of various small jobs. It’s a lot of coordination and keeping track of details. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s a very local way of doing business, rooted right here in the community where we live. We just take things as they come and try to do an honest day’s work without any extra fluff.
