If you are ever walking down Exhibition Road in Patna, you might see us. AREKHA DEVELOPER PRIVATE LIMITED is located in the B.P Mall, which is part of the Patliputra Mall complex. We have shops G1-A and G1-B in Block-B. It is a very commercial area, so we are right in the middle of all the shopping and business activity. We focus mostly on property development. Being in a mall means we get a lot of foot traffic and people just dropping in to ask about what projects we have going on. It is a lot of work keeping track of everything. We have to deal with architects, contractors, and all sorts of legal paperwork. Some days it feels like we are just moving papers from one side of the desk to the other, but most days we are out looking at sites. The mall is a convenient place to work from because everything is right there. We have been around for a while and have seen the city change quite a bit. Exhibition Road has always been a hub, and we like being part of that. We aren't a big, cold company. We are just local developers who know the Patna market well.
