Archmetrics Buildcon Private Limited operates out of Ravi Bhushan’s place. He is the son of the late Jadunandan Singh. If you know the Bhusaula Danapur area, you know it gets quite busy because of the AIIMS hospital nearby. We spend most of our mornings checking on construction materials and talking to the workers who come in from the surrounding villages. It isn't a fancy setup at all. There is just a desk, some old chairs, and a lot of paper maps lying around the room. Most of the time, the dust from the road gets into the office, so we are always wiping down the surfaces before we can start work. Patna is growing fast these days, and you can see new buildings coming up every few meters near the medical college area. We just do our part with the building work, mostly focusing on small local projects that come our way through word of mouth. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit outside for a bit until the fans start moving again. It is a simple life here. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us handled by the family. People stop by to ask about land or how much cement costs. We try to give them a straight answer based on what we see in the market. The office is easy to find if you tell the rickshaw driver to go towards the AIIMS back gate.
