Anoja Builders Private Limited is situated in Mohanpur, right beside Sharma Lodge. This is in the Punaichak area, which is part of L.B.S. Nagar here in Patna. We are care of Shri Rekha Yadav and have been operating from this spot for quite some time now. The neighborhood is pretty busy, with lots of small lanes and local shops nearby. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle the business side of building houses. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a large staff. It is mostly just us and a few regular contractors we trust. Most of our work comes from people living right here in 800023. They know us and they know where to find us if they need something built or repaired. We spend a lot of time walking to different sites because the traffic can be so bad that it’s faster to just go on foot. It is a lot of coordinating with different workers and making sure we have enough materials for the week. Sometimes we run into problems with the electricity or the water supply, but we just figure it out as we go. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we aren't one. We are just local builders who know the area well and want to do a decent job for our clients without any unnecessary drama. We just keep building, one brick at a time.
