Ank Properties Private Limited is based out of House Number 5 in the village of Rasulpur Khurd. We are quite close to the post office for D M C H and not far from the Ps-Bahadurpur area. It is a quiet village spot which is nice because it gives us a bit of peace to get through our daily tasks. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us who handle everything from looking at property papers to visiting the sites ourselves. The office is basically just a room with a table and some chairs where we meet with people from the village or the surrounding areas. We have been in this location for some time and most people know where to find the house. We don't use any slick brochures or have a professional receptionist. If the door is open, you can just walk in and talk to us. We spend a lot of time out in the sun checking on different bits of land, so the office is mostly for when the sun gets too high or when we need to sign something. We like the way things work here in Bahadurpur. It’s more about the people and the relationships than about big business meetings. We just keep our heads down and focus on the properties we are managing. It’s a simple life and a simple business, and that is exactly how we prefer to keep it.
