We are located out in the village of Mahua Singh Rae. It is a bit of a drive to get here, but this is where the work is. Our office is in Tola-Mahua Singh Rae, near the post office. Being in a place like Mahua means we are right in the middle of the local community. The roads can be a bit rough during the rainy season, so getting materials in and out takes some extra planning. We focus on construction projects around this area. It’s not like the big city jobs you see in Patna. Here, it is about building things for the people we know in the village and the surrounding panchayats. We have a small team, and most of us grew up around here. When we aren't at the office, we are usually out at a site checking on the foundation or the brickwork. It’s dusty work and can be very hot in the summer, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just come by the house or the office in the village when they have a job to discuss. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We handle the paperwork at the Mahua PS area when needed. It’s just honest work in our own town, and we try to do it right without any extra complications or fancy talk.
