Our setup for Amsan Construction is over at I.S.P Verma’s place in Shri Krishnapuri. If you are looking for 27 Lf/1, it’s tucked away in a quiet street. We’ve been operating from here for a while now. It’s a local operation, nothing like those big corporate firms you see in the city center. Most of the day is spent handling phone calls from sites or trying to figure out where the next load of bricks is coming from. Construction work in Patna can be a bit unpredictable, especially with the traffic getting in the way of deliveries. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just try to get the walls up straight and make sure the roofs don't leak. My team and I are usually out in the sun most of the day, so the office is just a place to cool off and go over the bills. Shri Krishnapuri is a nice area, and we like being based here. People know us around the neighborhood. We don’t do a lot of advertising because we are usually busy enough with the jobs we have. It’s a lot of small details that people don’t see, like checking the quality of the sand or making sure the steel rods are the right size. It's just a regular business run by regular people who live and work right here in Bihar. We take the work as it comes.
