Ams Buildcon is run by Devendra Sharma and the team here in Korji. We are located in the Phulwarisarif area, specifically in the part known as Tola-Korji. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here sometimes, but this is where we work and live. We are part of the Panch-Bhusaula Danapur community. Our business is all about construction and getting things built. We take on building projects around the village and near the edges of the city. It’s a lot of coordination with different workers and material suppliers. The roads around here can be narrow, so getting big trucks in and out with supplies takes some skill and patience. We aren't a big, fancy company with a glass office or a receptionist. We operate out of a simple building where we keep our tools and talk to customers about their plans. Most of our days are spent out in the sun, watching the walls go up and checking the levels. We know most of our neighbors, and they know us by sight. It’s a small community, so your reputation is everything. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or big advertisements. We just show up and do the work. The summer heat in Bihar is no joke, but we’ve got to keep the projects moving forward. We use local labor and try to keep things simple for everyone involved.
