ALLIANCE ENGICON PRIVATE LIMITED

We started Alliance Engicon Private Limited out here in Sirisiya, which is part of the Mairwa block. Dhiraj Kumar Rai handles most of the main things here. It is a quiet place in Panch Barka Manjha, but we keep busy with our work. People around here know where to find us. We don’t have a big fancy office building, just a regular spot where we get our planning done. Most days involve looking over papers or checking on sites. It gets dusty sometimes. The roads aren't always great, but we manage to get around. We deal with engineering stuff, mostly local projects. It is not like the big city firms. We know the people we work with. Sometimes the tea at the local shop is the highlight of our afternoon. We just try to finish the jobs we take on. There is a lot of back and forth with the workers. Usually, we are at the desk by nine. It is a straightforward way of living and working. We don't use big words or make grand promises. Just engineering and construction stuff as it comes. Being in a village like Sirisiya means everyone knows everyone else. We like it that way. If someone needs something, they just walk in. It’s practical. No need for formal appointments all the time. We keep the paperwork in order and just keep moving forward. That is basically how things go for us day after day in Mairwa.
