AK Contracts Private Limited is situated at L-100 on the 3rd floor of the Manikunj Apartment. This is on Road Number 21 in S.K. Nagar, Kidwaipuri, Patna 800001. Being in Kidwaipuri means we are in a well-known part of the city. Manikunj Apartment is a decent building, and being on the third floor gives us a little bit of a breeze if the windows are open. S.K. Nagar is usually quite busy with people moving around and cars parked everywhere. Our office is just L-100, a regular unit where we have set up our desks. It’s not a huge space, but it’s plenty for the few of us who are here every day. We don't have any glossy brochures or mission statements on the walls. We just have our calendars and our lists of things to do. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes with running a place like this. Road Number 21 is easy to find, and most delivery people know the Manikunj building without much trouble. We like it here because it feels professional enough but still has that local Patna vibe. It is just a place where we come to do our jobs and then head home at the end of the day. No big mystery to it.
