Aftech Constructions Private Limited

Aftech Constructions Private Limited is located over in Gaighat, near the Makhanpur side. We operate out of Meena Kumari Gupta’s place in Chailital. If you know that part of Patna, you know it is right near the river. It’s an old part of town with a lot of history. We mostly focus on construction projects nearby. Sometimes it feels like we are always fighting with the rain during the monsoon season because the water levels get high and the ground gets so muddy. We have a small office where we keep our files and meet up in the morning to talk about the day’s tasks. We don't do anything too fancy. Most of our work is just standard building stuff that needs to get done. We have a few trucks and a group of guys who have been doing this kind of work for years. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure we get a fair price on sand and cement. It is a lot of back and forth. The neighborhood is pretty lively, so there is always someone stopping by to ask what we are working on. We just try to stay on schedule, even though things usually take longer than you think they will. It is a small operation, but we stay busy enough. We just want to keep the projects moving along so we can start the next one.
