ADVVK INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED is tucked away in Bhanu Kutir Apartment, right in Block B on Ranjan Path. It’s a decent spot in Danapur, Patna. We’ve got our office on the fourth floor, room 412. It’s not a huge space, but it fits what we need for running an infra business. Most of our day is spent looking at plans or talking to vendors on the phone. Ranjan Path can get pretty crowded, especially during rush hour, so getting to the office sometimes takes longer than it should. We are just a group of people trying to make a living in the construction industry. We don't use big words or try to act like we are better than any other local shop. We know the area well and we've seen how much Danapur has changed over the last few years. There are new buildings popping up everywhere. We do our part in that, handling the logistics and the groundwork that goes into these projects. It’s messy work sometimes, and there is always something that needs fixing or a permit that needs checking. We just take it one day at a time. The apartment building is mostly quiet, which is nice when we need to focus on the numbers. We aren't flashy. We just have our desks, our computers, and a lot of coffee to keep us going through the long afternoons. It's a regular job for us and we just try to keep everything on the right track without too much fuss. It gets a bit noisy during construction season.
