ADS Buildtech is basically Bhola Verma and a small team working out of Vill-Ranko, in the Chandra Nagar Tola of Khagaria. Bhola is the son of Bhanak Lal Verma, and we have deep roots in this community. We aren't a big city firm with fancy advertisements. We are local people who know how to build houses and shops. Most of our work is right here in the villages around Khagaria. It’s a different kind of construction than what you see in the big cities. We use local labor and we have to be very practical about how we get our materials, since the roads aren't always great for big trucks. We don't have a big office building. Usually, we just meet people at their sites or at home. We don't use big words to explain what we do; we just show up with the tools and start working. Construction can be a tough life, especially during the monsoon or the peak of summer when it's too hot to touch the bricks. We just keep our heads down and do the work. We've built many of the homes you see around Chandra Nagar. People trust us because they know who we are and they know we won't just disappear. We don't promise anything impossible, just that we will do our best with the materials we have. It’s an honest way to make a living and it keeps us connected to our neighbors here in the village.
