We’ve been set up in this specific spot for some time now, dealing with all the various technical issues and service requests that people bring through our door. It is a bit of a tight squeeze in the market sometimes, but we actually like being right where the action is. Most of our day is spent staring at computer screens or fixing up hardware that isn't behaving like it should. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of employees or a shiny glass building. It is just a handful of us working hard to keep things running for the people who rely on us. People drop by from the nearby offices and the houses around the corner when their tech starts acting up. We usually have tools and parts scattered all over the workbench because there is always something being opened up or put back together. West Boring Canal Road has pretty much everything you need, so being based here makes a lot of sense for our daily work. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to our customers. If something is broken, we just say it’s broken and try to find a way to fix it that doesn't cost a fortune. Sometimes the coffee runs out and one of us has to dash across the road.
