Adhvik & Aranya Developers is based on 90 Fit Road in Rajeev Nagar, which is in the Patliputra area of Patna. Amit Kumar Singh is the one who manages everything for us. We are a small development and construction firm that focuses on local housing projects. Rajeev Nagar is a fast-growing neighborhood, so there is always something new being built. We aren't a big, polished company with a lobby and a receptionist. We usually meet people at our small office or right on the construction site to talk about their plans. We handle the whole process, from digging the ground to putting on the final touches. Working in Patna means dealing with a lot of dust, noise, and traffic, but we are used to it by now. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or brochures. Most people come to us because they saw another house we built and liked how it turned out. We try to be practical and straightforward with our work. If there's a problem with the supplies or the weather, we tell you directly. We aren't looking to become a huge corporation. We just want to build good houses for the people in our community and make a decent living doing it. It’s a busy life with lots of challenges, but we enjoy seeing the neighborhood grow and change every day through our own hands.
