Accocca Developers is based in Raja Bazar at Mangal Market in Patna Sadar. We share space there under the name of Ajay Kumar Singh. Being in Raja Bazar means we are right in the thick of things in Patna. It’s a busy, crowded market area, so there is always a lot of energy and noise around us. We handle various development projects, mostly around the city center and the outskirts of Patna Sadar. Our office is a simple spot in the market where we do our planning and meet with people who are looking to build or buy. We don't have a big corporate structure with different departments. If you call, you’ll likely talk to one of us directly. We handle the site visits, the material ordering, and the labor management ourselves. The traffic in Raja Bazar is always a struggle, but it’s a good place to be because everyone passes through here. We don't spend money on fancy presentations. We usually just show people what we've already built nearby. We just do practical work that fits the needs of the city. We keep our notes in simple ledgers and our plans on the wall. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how a real working office looks. We’re just trying to make a mark in the local construction scene by being reliable and showing up on time. It's tough work but someone has to do it. We’ve been working with Ajay for a while now, and he knows everyone.
