Aastharaj Constructions Private Limited

Our office for Aastharaj Constructions is tucked away in Gautam Nagar, right near where the Usha Air place is. It’s a busy little corner of Gardanibagh. We are based out of Jitendra Kumar’s place. It’s one of those parts of Patna where everyone kind of knows their neighbor, and we like being part of that. Being in the 800001 zip code means we are pretty central, which helps when we have to go out to different construction sites around the city. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just us at the desks, looking over plans and making sure the supplies are arriving where they need to go. Sometimes the traffic in Gardanibagh gets backed up, especially in the mornings, so we’ve learned to start our days early to beat the rush. We do a lot of small-scale building stuff and some bigger projects too, depending on who walks through the door. It’s practical work. You get your hands dirty sometimes and you spend a lot of time on the phone with laborers and suppliers. We’ve been at this for a while and the office has that lived-in feel with stacks of blueprints and old tea cups. It’s just how a local construction business should look, really. No pretenses here, just regular people working in Gautam Nagar trying to get things built right for the community.
