Aapya Construction & Developers Private Limited is based in Laljee Tola, specifically in Water Pump Lane at Pirmuhani. We are located at Balagarhdora Kothi, care of Anil Kumar. It is an old part of Patna and the lanes are quite narrow, so finding the right kothi can be a bit of a challenge if you are not from around here. The lane is so narrow that sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time getting through. We end up having to help them navigate the turns more often than not. Our office is a simple place with old wooden desks and blueprints scattered around. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going from one construction site to another across the city. The heat in Patna can be really tough when you are outside all day, but we are used to it. We do not have a big corporate office or a PR team. We are just local folks who know how to build things. Sometimes we have problems with getting materials on time or the prices change overnight, which is frustrating. But we just keep moving forward.
