Aadhvik Housing Private Limited is located at Flat 403 in the Jairaj Vasundhara Apartment on Boring Canal Road. This is the main hub where we handle all our housing projects in Patna. It is a very busy part of town, which is helpful because we are close to our suppliers and most of the sites we are working on. The office itself is just a regular apartment that we turned into a workspace so we could have a place to meet clients and keep our files in order. We don't have a large staff, just a few of us who manage the daily operations and keep things moving. We are mostly focused on residential buildings. I spend a lot of my time out on the sites and then I head back to the office to figure out the costs and talk to the contractors. It is a lot of hard work and it isn't always clean or organized. Sometimes we are still wearing our site boots while trying to finish the bank paperwork. We don't use any of that fancy corporate language. We just tell people exactly what we are building and how the process works. Most of our clients are regular families looking for a new place to live. We try to be helpful and answer their questions as best as we can. It’s been a lot of work getting this started on Boring Canal Road, but we are just trying to do a solid job. We keep it simple.
